RETURN & REFUND POLICY – PUREON

Return period: 30 days
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return costs
Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.

Eligibility conditions
For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:

• Unused and without signs of wear
• All original tags kept
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

📩 How to start a return

• Write to us at contact@trypureon.com or follow our returns guide.
• If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Send the package following the instructions received. Important: Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• The item arrived damaged
• You received an incorrect product

This way we can review the case and offer you a solution as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is:

• Return the item you currently have.
• Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired product.

🇪🇺 Right of withdrawal (European Union) – 14 days
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must meet the same conditions stated above:

• Unused
• With all its tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
We'll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

• If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing by your bank or card issuer may take a little longer.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received the refund, please contact us at contact@trypureon.com.
